Fainy Sukenik is a social entrepreneur, educator, and ultra-Orthodox feminist activist driving meaningful change within the Haredi community. She founded "Basher Telchi," an organization supporting ultra-Orthodox and religious women through separation and divorce. As a strategic partnership manager for the "Drawing the Lines" initiative, she develops collaborations to prevent intimate partner violence. Fainy is also a leader in promoting the "New Haredi" identity, fostering diverse voices within the Haredi community and broader Israeli society. During the Iron Swords war, she led the "Chesed Shel Emet" initiative, connecting Haredi volunteers with bereaved families. Her impactful work earned her the honor of lighting a torch at Israel's Independence Day ceremony.
