Sarai Brachman Shoup is a philanthropic adviser and social scientific researcher. She has 30 years of staff and consulting experience with independent, community and family foundations and nonprofits in Europe, Israel and the United States. She is concurrently the Executive Director of the Mandell and Madeleine Berman Foundation, Director of the Tauber Family Foundation and Director of Operations for the Donald R. and Esther Simon Foundation. From 2011 to 2015, Sarai served as Director, Philanthropic Advising and Foundation Consulting at Rosov Consulting.  She and her husband live in Ann Arbor, Michigan and have two adult sons.
