Shirley is the former Head of the Educational Administration in Tel Aviv Municipality, where she led multiple educational revolutions.

Today she is leading a new NGO which was founded by high tech entrepreneurs in Israel, seeking a more democratic and equal state.

Shirley lives in Tel Aviv.
