Na'ama Schultz is the CEO and founder of Bonim Mehadash ('Rebuilding' in Hebrew), an applied policy institute dedicated to creating detailed work plans for the benefit of a future government. The organization's vision, inspired by the values of the Declaration of Independence, is to establish the State of Israel as a Jewish, democratic, and liberal state. This is to be done by strengthening its institutions,and promoting social cohesion, prosperity, and growth for the benefit of all its citizens, inspired by the values of the Declaration of Independence. In her last role, following a decade of public service, she served as CEO of the Prime Minister's Office, making her the first woman to hold this position.
