Dr. Mohammad Khalaily is the Director of Qadaya, a leadership, policy, and research initiative at The Arab Center for Alternative Planning. He is also the Co-Founder of Betna – a pioneering Arab youth movement – a lecturer, and an active social and political activist. In addition, he serves as a researcher in the Program on Arab Society in Israel at the Israel Democracy Institute and is the co-author, with Dr. Yussri Khizran, of Palestinians in Israel after the Arab Spring: The Political Impact of Regional Protest and Fragmentation (Bloomsbury Academic, 2025). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Haifa. Dr. Khalaily joined El ‘Etelaf and The Arab Center for Alternative Planning in 2019 to manage the Get Out the Vote (GOTV) campaign.
