Charles is a London based former lawyer who is also a Senior Advisor to Rothschild & Co and Darrois Villey, the leading Paris law firm. He spent over 40 years as a corporate partner  with the London law firm Macfarlanes, 12 years as a Senior partner.

He has a number of clients, trusteeships, mainly in the arts.
