Yuval is a filmmaker and funder based in New York City. He was born and raised in London to Israeli parents, voluntarily served in the IDF, and holds a Masters in International Politics from Columbia University.

Yuval is a funder and board member of organizations that promote democracy and peace, including the Alliance for Middle East Peace. He works with a community of funders dedicated to an Israel that lives up to the values laid out in its Declaration of Independence.

Yuval had a 15-year career as an international news producer, working for the AP, NBC News, and PBS, mostly covering the Middle East and was twice nominated for a News Emmy. In 2010, he co-founded MYLKmedia, a production company that creates award-winning advocacy films for nonprofits and causes, as well as family legacy and tribute films. He is currently producing a documentary feature film, called "Awakening", about Israel's pro-democracy movement, due for international release in 2026.
