Kim Lavi is a strategy and philanthropy advisor and an expert on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Currently leading a philanthropic coalition, Kim has over 15 years of experience in civil society, public affairs and policy research. She has helped establish and lead organizations and initiatives, develop strategies, build partnerships across the political and civil society sectors, and manage public campaigns. Previously, Kim served as Deputy CEO of Have You Seen the Horizon Lately?, led the Task Force Against Annexation, and held research roles at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS). Her work centers on Israeli democracy, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and strengthening the capacity of donors and organizations to advance social and political change.
