Batya Kallus works as a philanthropic advisor to donors supporting equality and shared society in Israel between Arab and Jewish citizens.   She is passionate about supporting the creation of the economic, social, and civic conditions that will contribute to authentic partnership, social cohesion and reconciliation between Arab and Jewish citizens of Israel.  Kallus works as the Israel Program Director of the Social Venture Fund for Equality and Shared Society in Israel, an initiative of the Jewish Funders Network.  She also consults to both Israeli and American donors concerned with relations between Arab and Jewish citizens in Israel.  Kallus lives in Jerusalem with her husband. They have one son.
