Ilan Fathi Amit is a civil-society leader and social entrepreneur with 20+ years advancing shared society, community resilience, and socio‑economic inclusion in complex, conflict-affected contexts. As Co‑CEO of AJEEC‑NISPED, he designs and scales evidence-based programs and cross‑societal partnerships across Israel, the West Bank, and Africa, securing multi‑year support from philanthropic foundations, international donors, and public institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology and Immigration Studies and an M.A. in Urban Planning, and combines research, policy, and practice to strengthen democratic institutions, support vulnerable communities, and foster cooperation across deeply divided societies. A graduate of Wexner, the U.S. Department of State IVLP, and Harvard Kennedy School executive education, he brings expertise in strategic program leadership, monitoring and evaluation, and international partnership building.
