Hannah Weisfeld is the Executive Director and a founder of Yachad, a British Jewish organisation that works in the British Jewish community and parliament to build support for an end to occupation and political resolution to the conflict. For over a decade Yachad has worked with a wide variety of civil society partners in Israel ensuring they have a voice and platform in the British Jewish community and in Westminster amongst politicians and policy makers.  She lives in London with her husband and three children.
