Ron Gerlitz is the CEO of aChord – Social Psychology for Social Change, an organization that develops and disseminates scientific knowledge in social psychology to promote equal, tolerant and respectful relations within Israel and with its neighbors. Before joining aChord in 2019, he was Co-Executive Director of Sikkuy, a Jewish-Arab organization promoting equality and shared society in Israel. He began his career in high tech, working six years as a software and algorithm team leader in Israel and Silicon Valley. Ron holds a B.Sc. and an MA in Public Policy, both magna cum laude, from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
