Rabbanit Devorah Evron is a Morat Halakha, teacher of Halakha, Jewish Ritual and Gender. She is a graduate of the Beit Midrash of Rabbanut Yisraelit, founded by the Hartman Institute and the Midrasha in Oranim, where she today trains Rabbinic Pluralistic leaders. Formerly director of Ohr Torah Stone’s Women’s Institute of Halakhic Leadership and has served as the first woman in a Rabbinic capacity at Bar Ilan University.

Rabbanit Devorah is active in the fields of the religious left in Israel, liberal religious Zionism and Jewish Feminism. She is involved in intra and inter religious learning and discourse.
