Doug brings 35 years’ senior leadership experience across the social impact and financial sectors, with significant time working across the Middle East.

Doug’s diverse roles include: CEO, Portland Trust, UJIA, Maimonides Foundation; Founding Co-Chair, UK Task Force on Arab Citizens of Israel; Group Development Director, Investec Bank. He is currently Head of Partnerships and Family Office Services, Galilei Investment Office, a Director of Rozana International and Chair, The Bike Project refugee charity.

Doug holds an MA in Middle East Studies from SOAS, BA Hons in Modern Arabic Studies from Leeds University and spent a year at Ain Shams University, Cairo.
