With over 20 years of leadership experience in the social, educational, and public sectors, Oren is deeply committed to civic equality, social justice, and cross-sector collaboration. Oren previously served as CEO of Kol HaNoar, a nonprofit supporting at-risk youth through theatre, and as Head of Education for the national Neighborhood Renewal Project under Israel’s Ministry of Construction and Housing.

Oren previously worked for 17 years as Jerusalem District Director of the Karev Program and has led large teams, managed significant budgets, and launched impactful educational initiatives nationwide. Oren holds a B.A. in Education & History of Art,  two Masters’ degrees  – in Public Policy and in Nonprofit Management, all from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
