Adina joined J Street in 2015 as Deputy Israel Director and has since served as Israel Director, Chief of Staff, and currently as Vice President of Strategy and Programs. She previously worked at Israeli peacebuilding organizations, including the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, developing Israeli-Palestinian initiatives across education, healthcare, business, and environmental sectors. She holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and an MA in Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University. Adina made Aliyah in 2009 and lived on Kibbutz Givat Brenner for 12 years before returning to the U.S., maintaining strong ties to both Israeli and American Jewish communities.
