Debra Pell is President of an early stage investment company in Israel.

Before making aliyah, Debra was a litigator in a large SF law firm.  Very active in the SF Jewish community, she was also appointed to the SF Human Rights Commission. Debra was a founding member of the Israel Policy Forum and National Chair of Young Leadership Cabinet.

She served on the boards of New Israel Fund and Encounter. She also cofounded Crossroads a campaign for bringing electoral change to Israel.

She is President of the Debra Pell Philanthropic Fund focused on  strengthening liberal democracy in Israel and ending the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.  Debra has two daughters and lives in Beit Zayit.
