Raymond is CEO of JW3, the UK's home of Jewish culture and conversation. A professionally qualified Community & Youth Worker with over 30 years' experience in informal Jewish education, leadership development and community building, he holds a degrees in Jewish History, and Applied Anthropology and Community & Youth Work. Raymond spent a decade at The Jewish Agency working with thousands of Jewish educators and youth leaders across the UK and in Israel and served as UK Director of Informal Jewish Education. As the first full-time Executive Director of Limmud, he played a key role in its development as a global movement. In a voluntary capacity he is a Trustee of various Jewish and non-Jewish charities, and mentors young community leaders.
