Dr. Einat Ronen, Adv., is an expert in leading multi-sectoral and inter-ministerial systemic processes at the national level. She has led three government committees aimed at combating racism and promoting coexistence. Over the past five years, she has managed the Multi-Sector Collaboration Unit at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), where she led national processes involving thousands of people from the third sector, local government, government ministries, and the business sector. Over the past decade, she has led task forces on a variety of issues, including poverty, population aging, building consensus, strengthening Arab civil society to provide social services, strengthening Haredi civil society, developing volunteerism, and more.

Einat holds a PhD in reconciliation and mediation processes in divided societies (Transitional Justice), with a focus on the Israeli-Palestinian context. She is a lawyer specializing in international law and a mediator in the public sphere. Einat also teaches in the fields of social cohesion and resilience, mediation, and reconciliation processes.
